Many causes: Sometimes eczema, but visual exam is very important. Rashes can not be diagnosed through words as pictures speak more than a thousand words.

i have little patches of red, slightly bumpy irritated skin. skin is dry but doesn't itch. could it be hives? why on abdomen?

Tinea Versicolor: You may have a condition called Tinea Versicolor. Tinea versicolor also called pityriasis versicolor, is a common fungal infection of the skin. The fungus interferes with the normal pigmentation of the skin, resulting in small, discolored patches.

Face rashes: Rashes are very common in infants, who have very sensitive skin.  Using a hypoallergenic washes and moisturizers such as Cetaphil or Aquaphor will keep the skin healthy are more resistant to rashes.  Avoid using baby wipes on the face as well, as most contain alcohol and can be abrasive.  It is likely that your baby has your hypersensitivities and will be prone to eczema like rashes.

Picture needed: will need images to better assess the "rash"  have you been seen by a physician for this? it should be monitored if you have concerns and definitely if it is changing .

See a doctor: Often caused by skin infection.  Lyme disease is a common skin infection that can have these bull's eye lesions on the skin.  Please see a doctor.

i have had an xray of my abdomen and found nothing wrong yet i still have dry heaves, what do i do?

Prob. medical issue: Sometimes radiographs do not show cause of vomiting which can have many etiologies including gastroenteritis, electrolyte imbalance, etc. Radiographs sometimes can show bowel obstruction. Most clinicians order this study to rule out possible obstruction and  surgical abdomen. Medical treatment is used for most gastrointestinal problems.

i am on the estradiol patch can i place it anywhere on the body? or do i need to place it near abdomen?

Not on/near breasts: Anywhere else is typically ok, usually sides of abdomen or inner thigh areas are used

Please do a urine pr: Preg test and whether it is + or - please see a gyn as u shold not have pains or feel sick and a blood preg can be done to make sure and u may need a pelvic ultrasound.

can u use icy hot patch for sore abdomen?

: These patches have chemicals imbedded in them that give your surface skin sensations that substitute for the pain in/near the area they are applied. In short, the pain can remain, but your brain is distracted by the novel sensation and ignores the pain.  For short term discomfort from rando GI events it is fine. If you are running fever &amp; it could be something serious, I would avoid them.
