Indirectly connected: Immune disorders generally do not cause loss of sense of taste directly. The medications being taken cause dry mouth. Saliva is required for taste buds to be connected to food particles to be able to  process the feeling of taste.  Depending upon the amount of dryness, the loss of taste sensation might vary.Drinking more water, using salivary flow enhancers, or artificial saliva might, help.

Ask your OB\GYN: You should bring this to the attention of your obstetrician as soon as possible. This is easily determined.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity at tolerated.

See doctor: As described I can't give you a diagnosis of anything that sounds mortally wrong with you.  Sitting for any length of time will give anybody stiff knees...so that doesn't seem to be terribly important.  As far as the funny taste in the mouth the first question to ask is how is your dental hygiene and are you a smoker? You on any new medication? Dry mouth and nervousness go together as well.

Halitosis: Bad breath can be caused by many different factors, including sinus infections, periodontal problems, smoking, cavities, acid reflux, and your diet. Address all of these possibilities with your dentist and physician, and I'm confident that your problem will at least be minimized, and hopefully eradicated.
