Need more info: Hard to tell what the problem was due to without seeing it. But if it went away without a trace and you feel well i would only continue to inspect your body for any other outbreaks then if it happens again you should see a physician right away.

Not sure: The liver is inside the body, so it always stays moist. There would be no dry spots on the liver. However, on the outside of the body, at the right side of the tummy just below the bottom of the ribs, is the skin on top of the liver. The skin can get rashes of dry spots, which can be evaluated by a primary care doctor or a dermatologist. The skin on top of the liver is not connected to the liver.

i(31-yrs) vomited after just 3 drinks. after  one dry month later my blood showed high alt(76). i am wondering if my liver was worse before a month.

Possible: It is possible that your liver enzymes was worse one month ago, but the fact that you have not been drinking and the alt now is 76 which is almost normal ( upper normal is 56 ). I would recheck your liver in 2 to 4 weeks to make sure that is is normal and continues with not drinking so that you would not  cause inflammation in your liver.

Several possiblities: Your gallbladder is located under your liver. They share a common space that can measure up to 10 x 5 cm. It is not uncommon for bleeding in this common space or its edges. Usually your surgeon will make intra-operative maneuvers to control any bleeding before ending the operation. Okay to ask your surgeon for details of your case. If your recovery is on tract, it may be a normal variant.

Not directly : But liver and kidney problems may be a sign of autoimmune disease like lupus or sjogrens. These diseases can be associated with dry eyes.

if i lay on my back about 10 minutes i feel hot pain in my chest my mouth get dry only  water or food will help stop the pain? i have fatty liver.

Possible GERD: Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) occurs when stomach contents can lead to irritation or the esophagus with chest pain.  You should avoid eating late at night and make sure that you avoid acidic foods and alcohol, and sleep with you head elevated on a couple of pillows.  See your MD for testing and if  symptoms persist, you may need to see a surgeon for definitive repair.

if i have a slow leakage (liver clot) after tooth extraction, (even with an hour of applied gauze) is this a bad thing? could dry socket occur?

Not necessarily: An extraction socket can bleed and ooze for hours depending on the case and the patient . I would not panic. Give it about 24 hrs. To settle.

i have acid reflux and i have been having intermittent itchy skin. can these two be related? i tried various skin lotions but it didn't help. my liver blood test have come normal. is the itchy skin an internal issue or because of dry skin?

Stress related: You may stress  that cause your reflux and cause your skin to be itch  intermittently. You may want to look into  this mental aspect.
