Lotions and meds: Try aquaphor lotion. There are many other lotions over the counter that can help like  johnson's creamy baby oil, cetaphil, arbonne's abc lotion, etc. Your baby may have eczema. See your primary care doc if it doesn't go away. There are some prescriptions as well. Good luck.

Seborrhea: Seborrheic dermatitis is an inflammatory rash along the scalp, secondary to a yeast.  The rash can have a spectrum from mild dandruff, to severe red itchy plaques.  Treatments can consist of over the counter shampoos that contain zinc pyrithione or selenium sulfide.  There are prescription shampoos that can treat the yeast or the inflammation.

Yeast and drool: This is a common problem. It is referred to as perleche. Try brushing the top of your tongue when you brush your teeth. Also wash out any saliva that accumulates over night first thing in the morning. Go to the pharmacy and buy lotrimin (clotrimazole) and Hydrocortisone 1 percent ointment and apply one right on top of the other twice daily for 2 weeks.
