Low oil in the: diet can produce dry and cracking skin.  Check w/doc first but 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil daily may be helpful.  You can dip bread in it, take it off the spoon, or put it in a shake.  Avoid skin creams containing alcohol. I see that you also have dry hair.  This may help w/that also. Peace and good health.  Most make up is bad for skin, e.g., lipstick.  Use a brand from the health food store.

See below: Possibly, but a number of conditions can be associated with with this such as sjogrens, hypothyoidism, and other conditions.  See your doctor to be further evaluated.

middle of top lip keeps splitting. i stay very hydrated and have used different types of lip balms and nothing is helping. could a vitamin deficiency cause this?

: Cheilosis (cracked lip) often occurs at the mouth corner and it may be caused by vitamin B deficiency, especially B2 (riboflavin) but you have problem with upper lip at the middle and not improved with lip balms. There is no harm if you want to try vitamin B complex for a couple weeks as a trial. Cover your lips with a scarf when going out in cold weather, don't lick and avoid favored lip balms.

if you have a vitamin deficiency will it cause head parethesia or a head tingling sensation? if so what vitamin would you be deficient in?

Vitamin deficiency: Vitamin deficiency can cause neuropathy not particularly head tingling or paresthesia. Usually b12 and folic acid are reported with neuropathy symptoms.
You can try them but have it checked out, as this alone may not be the reason for it. Even if you take vitamins its not harmful

Iron Def Anemia: This is Iron Def Anemia ., Most likely due to blood loss . In women in the reproductive age , it could be due to heavy menstruation . Other causes , maybe due to blood loss from the Gastro intestinal tract . 
It is detected by having a blood count . If YOU  think you have any type of ANEMIA , please see your PCP for work up &amp; Diagnosis .

Vitamin d: you mightvesntcto get your doctor to check vitamin d and ca level to make sure. Lead poisoning doesn't do that

Consider pre-shampoo: Thank you for your question regarding dry and tangled hair with mid-strand breakage. Consider as a first step pre-conditioning your hair with generous swaths of coconut oil - root to tip- before using a gentle shampoo. Wash and condition as usual and note the effect for a month.
Increase your intake of water and favor balanced meals.

despite healthy lifestyle, no diabetes, normal blood test results, i have dry skin between fingers, around eyes, the back of tongue is always white, it started a year ago and it doesn't go away. i drink enough water. could it be a vitamin deficiency?
