Difficult to feel: your own cervix. Better ideas: do a home pregnancy test and get a GYN pelvic exam. Invest in condoms, BC pills, spermicidal foam, jelly, sponge or vaginal spermicidal insets. Unprotected sexual intercourse will ultimately lead to pregnancy and/or STD.

???: No...but why are you checking your cervix so much? Its very difficult to check your own cervix.   Most women do not know what it is they are feeling when they try. They often misinterpret what they think they are feeling.  It won't " dry out", but I'm certain you can become irritated and possibly even introduce infection.

Nothing : I'm assuming you are pregnant.  A cervix that is closed thick and high means you are not near delivery.  Dry, i assume, refers to your membranes being intact and your "water" not broken.

? moist: The cervix has blood during the cycle and the mucous gradually forms under estrogen influence from cycle day 3-5 to cycle day 12-14 where it is profuse, clear and sticky / stretchy (called spinnbarkeit).  After ovulation under the influence of Progesterone becomes less in amount thick and cloudy (less functional) and stays this way until the next cycle.  Hope that hit the mark?

is pregnancy from sitting on the toilet seat possible? i tried to dry it but it still felt wet when i sat on it. it's a bathroom where men also go in. is pregnancy possible? if your cervix is open could there be a possibility of pregnancy?
