No: Lidocaine and Cocaine are different drugs, even though they share the "-caine" part in their names.  Lidocaine does not cause a false positive for Cocaine on a drug test.

NO: if you have a positive test and have never used cocaine, this result could be a false positive. Have you been using any stimulants or decongestants like Sudafed? I suggest repeating this test. There can not be any passive transfer unless he used it sexually or put it in your mouth, vagina or rectum.

Maybe, maybe not: Urine can remain positive for Cocaine metabolites for 2-30 days.  The best way to be sure you'll pass such a test is to not use Cocaine or other drugs at all.

Not likely: Most drug screens test for Cocaine and Codeine separately.  The test is specific for the individual metabolites of each substance.

Depends on…: Whether lab uses same test or a different one that tests for Cocaine metabolites or is more sensitive than the home variety. Perhaps best to seek detox program so u don't have to worry about passing drug screen tests. Your pcp may b able to recommend some good programs.

Hard to say: But if it was indeterminate today, odds are good it would be negative within 24 hours.  Tests vary in what their "set-point" is - how much drug is needed in each ml of urine to show positive.  Cocaine is a short-acting drug, and the metabolites are also short acting and are rapidly excreted. If this person is you, and you are worried about being tested, you shouldn't be using. Get help if needed.

on last wednesday, i took an at home drug test for cocaine which tests at 300 ng/ml. i tested negative. on friday afternoon i took my actual urine test, which i think tests at 150 ng/ml. will i pass the lower cut-off?

: We should not counsel you about how to cheat the system for drug test. The best way to test negative is to stop using drug. You are quite young for a bright future ahead so you have to enroll in an addiction treatment program. Good luck.

Cold Meds Not Cause: Cold medications would not cause a positive urine drug test.  Do you use medicinal marijuana? If yes, is it from a dispensary or from "the street"? If it's from the street then it may be contaminated by cocaine. Otherwise exposure to cocaine would be the only other reason.

Second hand smoke: Second hand smoke from weed is more likely to cause you to have a positive urine test for THC than any transmission through semen. I doubt the explanation of people blaming semen for positive drug test.
Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Not likely: Although many drugs can cause false positive screening  tests, any positive must be confirmed by gc/ms and their are no false positives with this test.
