It does not: Dark circles occur when the blood vessels beneath the skin show through in those that have thinner skin in this area.  Allergies can make this worse.  Use allergy meds as needed and try cool soaks to the area.  You can probably make it better, but not get rid of these entirely.

Reduce stress: Gilbert’s syndrome is due to deficiency of an enzyme that helps to excrete bilirubin. It is usually diagnosed between the ages of 15 and 30 years. Patients with Gilbert’s syndrome are prone to develop jaundice (yellow) from time to time. The risk increases with fasting, dehydration, repeated and profuse vomiting, infections, exertion and stress and after a surgery. It is not dangerous, so relax.

Retroorbital: I recommend an evaluation by a neurologist to determine what type of headaches you're experiencing in order to prescribe proper treatment.. Appropriate testing will be ordered. Possibilities are migraine,cluster,tension,sinus pathology or opthalmological pathology. If eye symptoms accompany the headache, referral to an ophthalmologist will be made.

Check his sinuses: Dark circles below eyes , sometimes called shiners, have several causes for, the most common of which is chronic silent sinus or nose disease, mainly chronic sinus infection, leading to congestion in the upper airways, hence the dilated veins below the eyes dilate and give that dark hue, if that is not the case, you might want 2 c a dermatologist to help u out.

i got 70% isopropyl alcohol in my eye and it kinda burns (it burned after i flushed it out with water) and im kinda concerned i also ised drinking water to flush it out since i knew it was clean please respond fast?

Rabies: Rabies can be transferred through the mucous membranes or the eye. However, there would need to be damage to the tissue. In this case your exposure risk is extremely low.
