Drinking lots of water may help you indirectly by generating more urine volume and thereby not allowing possible bacteria to be held in the bladder for a prolonged period of time by causing you to void more frequently. However, one can still get it.

Many possible causes: Stress or anxiety can affect "performance".   Alcohol and marijuana can affect the quality of erections.  Tobacco smoking long term can promote erectile dysfunction.  Your description does not sound like prostatitis.   If you have had groin surgery or radiation therapy, both of these can affect erections.  If none of the above apply, then I advise seeing a physician for an exam.

: No, appetite loss is much more common with cancer or antibiotic use. I think the hungriness is due to your drastic change in your diet and your body has not gotten used to it but you will eventually.
