Caffeine & Pregnancy: There is a great deal of conflicting information about the safety of caffeine in early pregnancy.  While it is always safe to avoid  any exposure in pregnancy it appears that small amounts of caffeine intake (1-2 caffeinated beverages per day) poses very little to no risk.

Possibly: but not recommended as the newborn may exhibit the symptoms of caffeine withdrawal and be fussy and irritable at birth.  this could be mistaken for other types of withdrawal and result in further testing or questions.

No way to tell...: This is definitely not a confirmation that you are pregnant. There are many possible reasons to get sick with any type of food and many reasons to be late for your period. However and as we know pregnancy is the most common reason so I would suggest to get a home based pregnancy test in order to find out if this is the case.
