Red Wine : How do you know it is migraine and not tension headache? Red wine is known to cause migraine...Alcohol in gneral is more likely to cause headache than not. Read about migraine.  Check with migraine specialist if migraine is bothersome.. Do not take matters to the bottle.

Aleve ( if not allergic in a doses of 2 tab initially ( 440 mg) can be quite effective. Meditation, prayer, massage therapy, aroma therapy and exercise will all help; however, a physical exam is your best first move.
