why should i drink water when my urine is yellow?

Hydration status.: In general, if you are well hydrated, your urine will become more dilute as your body eliminates surplus water, appearing less yellow. If you ingest foods or vitamins that color the urine, urine appearance is no longer a good gauge of hydration status. The importance of 'staying hydrated' is likely somewhat overstated, so be careful when consuming large volumes of free water.

so i drink water and my urine color went back to normal actually light than normal. but when i touched the inside of my vagina. it still smelled like really strong urine. smelled bad how can i fix that?

: The first thing would be to make sure you don’t have a urinary tract infection. Other symptoms besides the strong smell would be burning with urination, urinating more frequently and feeling strong urges to urinate. Another possibility would be a vaginal infection. So, you should see your doctor to get examined and tested-a clean catch urine sample can be sent to the lab to see if there is a UTI.

Depends on cause of: You had gastric ulcer in past, what was the cause of the ulcer.Most ulcers are caused by an infection with h pylori.And if it is treated suscessfully it is cured.
Other causes are from prolonged use of non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs.
Alcohol and tobacco use

untreated hpylori can cause recurrent ulcer
others can recur if continuing use of alcohol, tobaco&nsaids.

Urine: Nope. Not in any way. That means that the light that hit the urine probably picked up a metabolite that in the right light loos green. Given the clear nature or your urine these stand out colors may be more noticeable.  I would not worry in any way.

Water goes somewhere: 3L a day is a bit much. But if it is that much for weeks/months, then obviously the fluid is not accumulating, and nothing bad is happening . It is a relatively large amount of intake compared to average, but there is no fluid retention occurring, so doesn't seem like there are consequences from it.cannot say in your particular case.

Why need help?: Urine will be more concentrated ; thus have stronger odor if total fluid intake is less. Water is best beverage to  dilute urine ; thus make less smelly, however tea or soup for instance can also supply sufficient fluid.

UTI?: Blood in the urine is called hematuria and can indicate that there is an infection or problem in the urinary tract which includes the bladder, ureters and kidneys. It is important to see a doctor for a urine test and culture to see if there is an infection which can be easily treated with antibiotics. A UTI can also cause lower midline abdominal pain.
