I would avoid: this - especially the splenda.  Some studies suggest that ingestion of some artificial sweeteners can cause release of insulin.

2. High glucose may indicate diabetes or prediabetes.

Not advisable: You should observe at least nine hours, preferably 12 hour of fasting. Coffee, even without sugar can alter blood sugar.
