Nausea: Is there any possibility that you are pregnant? Morning sickness is a common symptom of pregnancy.Apparently you don't have nausea during the rest of the day or evening. Eat frequently: 5-6 small meals throughout the day should keep your blood sugar up to normal.
Do you have a family history of blood sugar problems? I e. Diabetes, hypoglycemia?

Your body has a good regulatory mechanism to keep blood sugar levels normal...So, in you, this system isn't working as we'll as it should.Something  is wrong, so see your doctor.

Of course: After taking an acid food or drink, rinsing your mouth with water or a fluoride mouthwash can help clear up the acid quicker. It helps protect both the teeth and gums.

Maintain : Maintain your veneers by visiting your dentist for regular cleanings/polish.
Most if not all restorations (veneers, crowns, etc) usually need replacing at some point in your lifetime, but the better you take care of them, the longer they will last.

Porcelain veneers ususally maintain their gloss and color a very long time vs. Composite veneers which lose their luster much quicker.  Staying away from coffee, tea, cola and cigarette will help maintain the color on your veneers longer.

A number of things: Definitely try to avoid caffeine in the afternoon. And if you can avoid napping during the day, that would be ideal as well. Sleep in a quiet, dark environment. The bed should be only for sleep and sex. If you can't sleep after 20 minutes or so, get out of bed and do something else until you are sleepy. And, if you are not sleepy, then don't go to bed, even if it is midnight. Last: see a sleep doc.

Breast pain: A fibroadenoma is a benign mass.  You have fibrocystic changes which is why your clinician told you to avoid cola and other caffeine containing foods (coffee, tea, iced tea, chocolate).  Avoiding cola will decrease the pain and lumpiness in your breast.
If you were told to avoid cola for a fibroadenoma, then i recommend you seek out a breast specialist for a second opinion.

Caffeine : Caffeine may be upsetting your stomach- i suggest avoiding caffeine from coke, coffee and chocolate.

I wouldn't: Personally use it that way.  I have seen people on websites say it is an expectorant if you gargle with it & that it dissipates a sore throat. But I have also known people to experience burning in their throats. Saltwater gargles are very helpful. Mix a teaspoon of salt in 8 oz of warm water – gargle with this several times a day. You can gargle with aloe vera juice a couple of times per day.
