Cleanse &amp; watch: Do cleanse you belly button with soap and water. Keep a watchful eye to see if there is bleeding again. If you find bleeding again, it would be prudent to see your doctor. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

if this is something new

Exzema: Eczema is often associate with allergies and also food allergies. 

It is no dangerous but could be worked out with a doctor to find the cause.

To vague: Pain and blood in and of itself is abnl. If no trauma ie piercing then it is more imperative that you see a doctor to make sure u don't need surgery to r/o a hernia or mesenteric duct abnormality.

Omphalitis: This occurs among people with very deep navels [persistent urachus] who have hairy skin on the abdomen. The hairs have tiny barbs on the sides which causes them to all line up inside the umbilicus where they slowly penetrate into the skin. So these loose hairs are causing inflamation in there, progressively worse. If you can clean them out, it will heal. This is hard, so surgical excision cures.

Yes you should be: and likely will need to visit a doctor to treat for umbilical infection or some thing similar.  You may need antibiotics.  And you may need surgical debridement depending on whether it is an abscess.  Do not delay, see a healthcare provider or go to the ED right away.

Probable gas: and make sure you that you get an abdominal ultrasound with emphasis on the gallbladder. I suggest a 7-10 day trial of anti-flulence mediciation such as Phazyme extra Strength, Gas-X, or generic simethicone tablets. Beano is a good alternative.
