Enuresis bedwetting: The issue of enuresis is a medical one, the dream may represent your bodies way of telling you --- wake up!  enuresis is treatable, if it is of sudden onset then you need to be seen by your physician and either sent to a sleep specialist or a urologist after being evaluated for common medical issues.

Dreams: It was long ago, but that happened to me and fortunately it was only being chronically over-tired.  Till you get a solution, consider adult diapers at night. Think about your overall exhaustion level and have a good exam to rule out UTI issues or other urine conditions.  Once you know you are healthy,  look into diet/exercise, timing of fluid intake and general sleep health.

so i just woke up from a deepsleep.  i was dreaming there was a flood in my town &had to use the bathroom in the dream.  then i woke up peeing help?

Remain Calm...: Change the sheets, take a shower and go back to bed. I would not be worried unless you are having burning or pain when you urinate or you find that you aren't able to hold your urine when awake or it happens again. i had a dream about going pee. than i woke up because i peed the bed. is there something wrong with my bladder?

Probably not: It is not unusual for a person to dream that they are urinating when they are in fact urinating. This can occur in so called"rem sleep". This is the lightest level of sleep. You only need to have it looked into if this starts to occur with any frequency, i.e. More than once every 2 - 3 months.

Wet dreams R normal: Should not cause burning upon urination. Suggest you get your urine checked in case ot urinary tract infection or std.

Enuresis: Enuresis, or bed wetting, can occur not only in young children, but may persist into adulthood in a small % of adults, esp those who are deep sleepers.  There are medications and visualization techniques to treat.  See if his doctor can help or suggest a referral.  Type of dr that might help:  pediatrician, family med, internist, urologist.  Be supportive and loving.

Not necessarily:  Would go to bed with an empty bladder and limit fluid intake prior to going to bed.  Do you stay up late often and become overly tired? Does this occur after drinking alcohol? If this becomes a pattern, then would suggest assesment.

: It can happen sometimes with taking too much fluids eg alcohol, coffee tea in some people. If you are otherwise well with no more such episodes you should be OK . If not pl see a Urologist to check you out. Good luck.

im 21, healthy, no past surgeries, but no semen is present in ejaculation, only after while peeing. but semen is ejaculated in wet dreams. why?

Retrograde : What you describe is called retrograde ejaculation.  You still make sperm and are still fertile.  Still able to get and keep an erection and this does not change the sensation of ejaculation.  It can be caused by medications that relax the bladder neck (terazosin, prazosin, flomax, (tamsulosin) and many psychiatric medications).

i have a totally severd urethra and now am peeing from a catheter, suprapubic one, i havent masturbated in 4 weeks what if i have a wet dream hurt ?
