Retrograde : What you describe is called retrograde ejaculation. You still make sperm and are still fertile. Still able to get and keep an erection and this does not change the sensation of ejaculation. It can be caused by medications that relax the bladder neck (terazosin, prazosin, flomax, (tamsulosin) and many psychiatric medications).
