i have a jp drain from a bowl resection that went bad. ugh.  but it is producing blood and puss around drain. tube has come out of body a bit.    .?

Drain irritation: Sounds pretty normal though not pretty itself. If the bulb on the jp is not staying compressed the vacuum seal may be compromised and the drain may no longer be working. If bleeding worsens or you find the skin around the drain getting redder and redder and painful seek evaluation.

my foot had a red  discoloration so i removed d nail and drained d blood,but i can see the former nail growing.will it eventually fall off?

Nail will grow back: By "red discoloration" I assume you mean that there was blood under the nail. 

As long as the base of the nail (the part farthest away from the tip) is not damaged, the nail will eventually grow back with the new new nail pushing out the old nail  . The damaged part of the  nail may fall off but should not be pulled off as it helps to protect the sensitive nail bed.

Abscess: Please do see a doctor . It may need to be properly drained right away . Not aftercare . Would prefer a ER or a general surgeon. Find a good one! Check out zocdoc or zipnosis . Prefer a surgeon who has been practicing more than 5 years at least

See doctor: You may need a short course of prednisone to control the ivy dermatitis which when extensive can be very serious. In the meanwhile be sure to clean up everything which might have contact with poison oak with dish detergent.  As for coughing up blood, this also requires immediate medical attention (not related to poison oak).

Products of inflamm: Hi diamond 91, the thick pus is exudate with rich cellular debris and proteins.  Commonly seen with blood, it can be something common like folliculitis or some other inflammatory process.  Depends on your history or most recent hx.

Things to monitor is for fever or if you feel worsening condition, go see your md.

Blood poisoning is not a medical term per se.  Blood poisoning could refer to almost anything including actual ingested poisons.  Doctors don't use the term blood poisoning.
