Follow Ur surg advis: Some pelvic fractures r simple and need no special care they range fron that 2 complex fx's that need surgery with a long rehab. The best advise is to ask ur treating ortho surg & follow hie/her advice.

Pelvic US: There should be no free fluid in the pelvis and it does mean there is none. And no,  it is best to have a result showing no free fluid.

If it doesn't resolve with a good poo, or is ever associated with fever, bloody urine/stool, vaginal discharge, or is persistent/worsening, seek medical help.
