i have an adrenal cyst on my left kidney.docs in washington says its fine ansays there is no need for surgery even so will ny metabolism be affected?

Probably not: Is the cyst in your kidney or adrenal gland? Either way cysts shouldn't affect the functioning of either organ, unless they are very big or in very large numbers -- neither of which sounds like the case here.

all pharmacies in long island, ny only carry corlab adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) - sugar pill to me. all say they can't order another brand. is this true + what can i do?

i have recently done a biopsy on my breast(right) outcome came as the differential is between fibroadenoma and phyllodes tumor. my doctor still on leave due xmas/ny. what is there is no invasive carcinoma means( it doesnt say non invasive) thank y?

Breast mass: Fibrocystic breast disease is a benign condition, but can make mammograms difficult to read b/c of the density of the breasts; A phyllodes tumor is a connective tissue tumor, and can become malignant 10% of the time. Best is to have an excisional  biopsy of the phyllodes tumor. and inquire of your gyn about low dose oral bcp's, which can reduce fibrocystic breast disease.

i am so confused would a ct angiogram of the heart pick up papvr/chd? my doctor from ny says no? is this true? i would think if a normal ct found it then a ct angio would be even better? or no?

Loopy bowel: A "loopy bowel" is common in laxative users (with colonic redundancy due to a stretched, floppy gut), in the setting of multiple abdominal-pelvic surgeries with resulting adhesions &fixed colonic bends or after surgery that mobilizes the splenic flexure,  with gynecologic issues (like multiple c-sections, tubal pregnancy, pelvic inflammatory disease), & in patients at extremes of body habitus.

2nd: If you feel that you are in disagreement with your doctor about the care you are receiving, then you should seek a 2nd opinion from another doctor.  Doctor's in general, are not offended when patients seek 2nd opinions because ultimately we want what is best for our patients.

Optimize yourself: You should try to optimize you health as much as possible. Reduce your sodium intake to less than 2000mg daily. Eat less than 2000 calories daily and make every effort to achieve your ideal weight as determined by your doctor.
