Not likely: Because evaluation and development of treatment plans is a complex process best done face to face either in the office or via telemedicine (where doctor and patient actually see each other on screens, there are few physicians who would do such a consult over the phone.

Possibly: Contact several insurance cmpanies and ask if they will give you insurance or if they will consider this a pre-existing condition and deny you coverage. If not, maybe you are eligible for medicaid or you can try to work out a discounted payment plan with a doctor and hospital.

There would need to be a contaminated surface for this to occur and the organism would need to still be alive. It would also need to make it the other person's eyes, nose, mouth, abraded tissue, open cut or wound.

Unfortunately, third booster dose does not prevent the infection after the exposure but the infection is usually mild. If you want to drop the mask without worry you can ask your doctor a blood test for antibodies from natural immunity and vaccine course.
