Most, not yet HIV: Syphilis is curable with antibiotics if diagnosed early, i.e. Primary or 2ndary. Tertiary syphilis with neurologic deficits can never be cured, only stabilized & germs eliminated. Similar for gonorrhea, must be treated promptly to eliminate bacteria, complications of of urethral strictures in men can be cured. Infertility in both sexes frequently incurable. Hiv can be stabilized by meds, not cured.

2 wrks ago i had an anal fisher &my dr gave me cream 4 it.  but now my hole has a constant burning sensation tried evrything no relief what can i do?

Talk to your MD: Talk to your doctor again.  You may need a different medication to treat the fissure if its not healed.  It could also be a reaction to the cream itself.

Sitz baths twice daily and avoiding constipation may also help.

Anal fissure?: If this is what you mean--basically a little crack in the crack (not meant to be funny :-) )..Fissure here can cause quite a bit of pain. He/she may need some topical medications to help numbing/soothing it and possible steroid cream. It is important to keep stool soft.
