Ask: You could ask the surgeon or have faith in your physician or general surgeon who referred you to that surgeon. We physicians are extremely careful about ensuring that specialists  we refer to are well qualified and skilled in their specialty as we want the best results for our patients.

What size?: The sense of gravity regarding aortic aneurysms really lies in their size.  Larger aneurysms are more unstable and may be prone to rupture in the short term, which would prohibit being so removed from medical attention.  Unless it's a really small aneurysm, I'd be concerned about the flight.

: Would classify within a "movement disorder".  Could represent a compensated essential tremor, a forme-fruste of Tourette's, or even paroxysmal chores-athetosis, amongst some thoughts.  Unlikely to be a profound problem, but could be treated and controlled with contemporary medications.

hi my 3 year old fell at school and hit his head on the floor. left nostril was bleeding. theres no bumps yet just bruising. nose stop bleeding. teacher said he was fine he is napping now though. should i take him to dr?

Head trauma: Just need to observe x 1-2 days. Emesis, head pain or swelling or a change in
alert status warrants an MD visit. Otherwise, rest, Tylenol for pain or fever,
and observe at home. Glad the nosebleed stopped quickly, common in kids in general.
