: Yes. Doxycycline is not affected by food, except dairy products (milk, ice cream, cheese, etc). But if in doubt about these or other foods, it's no big deal to just delay your next dose until 2 hours after eating. With rare exceptions, no antibiotic needs to be taken exactly on  time.

Probably yes,: but not very much.  More important is whether or not the organism causing your orchitis is sensitive to this antibiotic.   Sometimes orchitis is not an infection.

: Taking some coffee starting about one hour before the anticipated migraine might help. A Fioricette tablet taken at this time (ask your doctor, it is prescribed) might also help. A neurologist is the specialist with the greatest skill treating Migraines.

Go to your Dr., ASAP: You should definitely make an appointment and see your doctor for this. If it persists or you are loosing a lot of blood, go to the er or see your doctor asap. Headache could be from blood loss. You may need a colonoscopy for blood in stool, which is a sign of colon cancer or polyps. This is not a side effect of doxycycline. Get it checked asap.

No problem.: As long as you limit yourself to 50mg of Benadryl (diphenhydramine) at a given time, using it every 4 hours as needed, there shouldn't be any problems with your recovery process. Take care.

No interaction: Cannabis, through CBD specifically is known to be a mild antiinflammatory agent. While it might help some with the symptoms, it may postpone healing. It is all about prioritizing and allowing time for your immunity to recover. And then answer the straight question of how is smoking cannabis helping you in general.

Mono vs hyclate: Suffice it to say that there is no appreciable difference in a real world situation, both treat the same thing.

Risk Assessment: If there are any remaining open spots in the bites, it's a good thing to avoid spreading it. Probably safe, but why take chances? Wading w/ arms dry may be a good limit. Just imagine how awful you'd feel to worry about a person catching it! Not worth it IMHO, but you can evaluate your feelings. Hang out, have fun, keep bites dry if you agree.

Pot and docycycline: There do appear to be risks with this combination. I am including an article from the fda as they have studied this issue and you will have to ask yourself whether the risks are worth it.
