hi, i received my 2nd pfizer dose yesterday. so far, i feel fine. what is the likelihood i will have side effects, and when do they generally start? also, after my first dose, i did not have side effects if thats helpful. thank?

: Likely the side effects will occur, usually 8-12 hours after the shot, getting worse in the next 24 hours and resolve at the end of day 2.
You can take Acetaminophen (Tylenol) for fever more than 101, body aching, pain at injection site, etc. Dose is 650 -1,000 mg every 6-8 hours as needed. Please note that Tylenol does not make the vaccine less effective.

How low is low?: Sustanon is a brand of proprietary mix of various forms of testosterone. If you're truly 19yo, taking/using testosterone when you don't need it has potential to render you infertile & shut down your own production of testosterone as well as cause testicular atrophy (shrinkage). This is in addition to usual side effects from excess dosing. All this is aggravated by lack of supervision & monitoring.

Not really: Just take a moderate dose 1000mcg a day is much more than enough and is still very safe. It is even safe at higher doses, but i don't think you'll get a benefit.

: It is best to discuss medication with your Psychiatrist who knows your medical history for a thorough evaluation and recommendations for treatment. If you are not confident with your Doctor please see another for a 2nd opinion. Have a physical exam to rule out illness and see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple forms of psychotherapy .

: It varies a lot. Most side effects are less with a smaller dose but some may be the same. In general, side effects are dose dependent except allergic reaction. Take care.

dr increased my lexapro from 10 to 20mg, is it possible to experience side effects again until my body adjusts to higher dose?

Yes: Any time the Lexapro is increased your body has to get used to the new dosage again. Biggest side effects from a dose change are stomach upset (nausea, diarrhea typically), dizziness, headaches. It should improve in 3-5 days.  If it doesn't, see your doctor because you just may not tolerate that dose.

i got one of my medications at a new pharmacy. it says it's the same dose on the bottle but i'm having a lot more side effects. is this possible?

It depends: Depends if you are taking the same brand of medication.  Some people experience side effects in differences between brand name and generic medication.  Some people experience more side effects because their body changes and they become more susceptible to side effects.

i think i took a double dose of my eliquis. supposed to take 5mg every morning & evening. i forgot i had already taken it & think i took 10mg in the am instead of just 5mg. will i be okay? maybe just more side effects??

: It is not a big issue. You can resume your usual dose of 5 mg, twice a day.

Nephrotoxicity: Most concerning long-term adverse effect of Program (tacrolimus) is nephrotoxicity (damage to the kidneys).  The drug has a narrow therapeutic index and therefore the blood level of the drug is often monitored to avoid side effects.  Other known side effects include tremor, elevated blood pressure, elevated blood glucose, and hair loss.
