Don't rush it. : Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Calories burned must &gt; calories consumed if you desire to lose weight. You can mix ; match different kinds of physical exercise. You could: However,  most people (not all) can practice social distancing without going to extreme measures. Do you enjoy your cabin?  Fresh air? Lots of space? Relaxing? Can you stay productive and engage in meaningful activity there? Can you still do your job? (if your are still employed). Answering these  type of questions and weighing them  out can help to answer this question. Stay well.

That depends: Will the place you normally live allow you to stay in place in a non-crowded environment (without having individuals leaving and entering)?  If you feel comfortable in that secluded location  and can bring or obtain the things you need to live off - why not.

i have been getting styes. can they be an allergic reaction to something? i got the first one while i was on a retreat

Accepted Answer

Not allergic in: origin but may be because of poor kid hygiene or blepharitis. Use warm compresses for 15 mins. 4 times a day, and have your kids checked by your eye doctor. The oil glands need attention! You may have a poor tear film and dry eyes if you don't take care of it. Treat it, and it'll go away! If not, get help soon.

before i qualify for a second ablation procedure to re-treat af, do i need to be in a state of constant or persistant af? how is persistant defined?

Accepted Answer

Depends: It depends in part on how far out from your first procedure you are, whether or not you are taking anti arrhythmic medications and whether or not you are symptomatic.  Persistent AF is simply AF lasting more than 7 days.  It is not uncommon to have recurrent AF in the first few months after ablation and still be arrhythmia free in the long term but you will need to be followed closely.

how often should i retreat lice with over-the-counter medication?

Just one retreatment: For head lice, treat every affected person on the same day. Remove all the bugs and nits from everybody's hair. Just using the medication (such as nix (permethrin)) is not enough . . . One must remove the bugs and nits. Each day, check everybody's hair for remaining nits to remove. After 7-10 days, treat with nix (permethrin) again, and do hair checks every day for one week after that. Then, do hair checks occasionally.

why am i farting so much this past few days after company retreat?

Diet changes: Excess flatulence is usually the result of dietary changes. Of course beans increase flatulence. But also consumption of lots of vegetables and starchy foods. Probiotics such as are found in yogurt may help reduce flatus.

i want to go on an ayahuasca retreat but i am on 40 mg of citalopram a day . how long do i have to stop the medication before i can interact with it?

Accepted Answer

At least 2 weeks: Ayahuasca can have very profound psychospiritual benefits &amp; can help some people to overcome depression. However, as a MAO inhibitor it can have serious interactions with many drugs &amp; one must also avoid many foods before using. Combining ayahuasca with citalopram can cause serotonin syndrome. Experts advise stopping citalopram for at least 2 weeks prior.

do you need to retreat frequent or recurring bladder or yeast infections?

Accepted Answer

Yes: Bladder infections in particular can get worse and cause kidney or even blood infections, so they should be treated.  Vaginal yeast infections can cause a lot of irritation but will not spread.  If you're getting a lot of infections, your doctor may want to check you for other medical conditions (like diabetes) that makes you more likely to get infections., .
