in my testicular area the tubes/organ to my testicles seem a but off. one organ is noticeably larger than the other. is this a problem?

Accepted Answer

Not always equal.: It is not unusual for one testicle to lie a little higher than the other. This is usually not a problem. They are not always completely symmetrical in size. Not to worry.

i'm wondering what effect will a trauma to my testicles cause to the development of my sexual organs?

At your age: There is no more development, but there are consequences to trauma. See a urologist for evaluation/limiting the on going damage and future impaired function.

Pain is unusual: Although smaller testicles could be consistent with hypogonadism, other etiologies need to be excluded. If having testicular pain seek medical evaluation as soon as possible.

if growth plates are fused in a 16 year old male, does that mean that any further growth of penis and testicles are also halted? or do those organs grow until you are 18?

Neither.: There is little relationship between the end of bone growth and the end of sexual development.  A young man whose growth plates of his bones are fused may have already stopped genital development, or may see continued maturation. 18 is not a magic age where everything stops changing; adolescent changes in the genitals may stop well before age 18 or, in some young men, continue til the early 20s.

will orchiectomy on one of the testicle, can still produce testosterone in the nerves from where it has been removed? is it possible that father can donate his testicle to son when he is 10-12 year of age?

NO AND YES: no when the testicleis removed it does not produce any thing any more but the other testicle produce more than enough for the male body to be very functional
last question you could not donate your testicle to your young son but you can freeze your sperm to be used any time later even after your death

i'm planning on having a simple bilateral orchiectomy as part of male to eunuch transition. it would be a waste if the testicles are sent straight for medical disposal. is it possible to donate them for medical student/urology resident education?

: In the US most hospitals have a strict policy that all tissues removed from a patient be sent to the pathology department for testing. There are also ample specimens available for students from donated cadavers to meet their needs. You can ask your surgeon about policies in your country.

Doctor can examine: Frequency of masturbation varies a lot. For some, once every 8 wks seems too much; but for others, once every 8 hrs seems not enough. One should maybe cut back if he often thinks of doing it less, if he starts feeling guilty about it, if it interferes with daily activities such as school or work, if it causes testicular swelling or pain, etc...  A doctor can examine to be sure the testis is ok.

i am having some weird sensation in my left testicle. not sure if its just my anxiety making it worse or if its twisted sperm cord?

Accepted Answer

Urologist: For peace of mind have an examination by a urologist. An ultrasound of the testicle may be recommended.
