Gee,: most males would have a large pain if they grab their testicles hard.

Intercourse can cause minor trauma to the testicles which resolves in a few days. IF there were several ejaculations from whatever source over a brief period of time this too can irritate the area.

Tests are excellent: If done properly they are very good.  Your HCG levels should be at least 20, 000. The tests can detect HCG levels about 1000 times less than that.

Home pregnancy tests are very accurate.: They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.  if you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.

: She should get a blood test for HCG level to settle the issue. She may need to repeat the test at more than 3 weeks after sex, unless she gets a period by then. It takes about 3 weeks from the time of sex to get a positive pregnancy test.

NGU: You have nongonoccal urethritis (NGU). About a third of NGU cases are due to chlamydia, but the cause is unknown in over half of all cases. It's an STD and needs antibiotic treatment despite the negative lab tests. Your sex partner(s) may need treatment as well. If your doctor doesn't seem to understand all this, find one who understands STDs, e.g. health department or Planned Parenthood clinic.

See a GYN: When there is confusion such as this, a blood test known as the quantitative hCG resolves the issue, but from what you are describing, your first test was most likely a false positive test
