Pregnancy Testing: That all depends on when you had sex in your menstrual cycle. The best advice is to not test until you have a delayed or missed period. To be pregnant the reading egg has to meet fresh sperm. This means the sperm should be in the vagina on any of the five days prior to ovulation.
