Low risk, but...: Most likely the rabies virus would not be transmitted through cloth, if the cloth wasn't penetrated. However, you must not take the chance. According to WHO, the Philippines is one of the top 10 countries in rabies frequency. If your dog was not vaccinated against rabies and if there is any doubt about the dog's health, contact health authorities and see your doctor ASAP for professsional advice.

Clean the area: If the bite hasn't broken the skin there is little chance of infection. Clean the skin and apply some antibiotic creme and it should heal.

Allergic reaction?: Regardless of the cause, taking an antihistamine like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) can help with the itching. Do you have any rash and or hives associated with the itching? Had you ever taken the antibiotic before that you were given for the dog bite? Hopefully this should stop soon. If the itchiness gets worse, you get a new rash or fever, give the person who gave you the antibiotics a call. I hope you feel better.

Dog bite: Go to emergency room, needs a good wash out, rabie shot history of dog needs  to be known otherwise you may  need prophylaxsis and may need antibiotics.

Yes: It's fairly common.  Dog bites can be very dangerous.  Maje sure your tetanus shot is up yo date.  If you have any redness around the bite, you may need antibiotics.  Make sure the dog is obseved to know if is acting aggressive due to an illness that needs to be quarantined or treated.
