No, But Don't Do It: Zyrtec (cetirizine) is an antihistamine- so you shouldn't be taking it with other antihistamines. However, antihistamines don't typically elevate the blood pressure. Decongestants (ie sudafed) can cause blood pressure elevation. Zyrtec (cetirizine) shouldn't be a problem.

Low blood pressure: The maximum dose of certerizine is 10 mgs daily. Is that very low blood pressure an accurate reading?  Low blood pressure is a listed side effect, but I would like to know what your usual baseline bp is before ascribing such a low bp to certirizine. However it's possibly due to the ceritirizine. Avoid exertion until your bp normalizes. Seek medical attention if you're very lightheaded.

If cetirizine is: the problem then its mild-anticholinergic effect on the heart should subside in about 24 hrs even though its antihistaminic effect may linger for up to 72 hrs.  However , it is unusual to see elevated BP from this drug and you may need to see your doctor about this issue.

It will normalize: but if it remains high or irregular heart beat continues better see your doctor for an ECG, at times blood pressure goes up for several reasons the least of which is physical activity or even any nervous excitement, calm down and relax before you get your blood pressure measured, good luck
