Low blood pressure: The maximum dose of certerizine is 10 mgs daily. Is that very low blood pressure an accurate reading? Low blood pressure is a listed side effect, but I would like to know what your usual baseline bp is before ascribing such a low bp to certirizine. However it's possibly due to the ceritirizine. Avoid exertion until your bp normalizes. Seek medical attention if you're very lightheaded.
