Take the test: If you want to know if you are pregnant, take a test. In today's world you do not need to wonder if you are pregnant or not based on symptoms. Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.

is it possible to get a positive pregnancy test with a low, hard cervix? or is that no way to tell at all? when does your cervix change in pregnancy?

HCG level: If you wish to know  about being pregnant, do a home pregnancy test, if you had sex since your last period and missed your period by 4-5 days. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. 
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time.

cervix was measured at 3.4cm on monday with mfm & 3.04cm on thursday with ob. my ob wasnt in the least concerned, my cervix has measured differently this whole pregnancy but never got under 3cm but is this too big of a change in a short time? 20week?

hi i'm on nexplanon can this change the position of cervix? mine is high soft wet closed also have pregnancy symptoms i'm waiting for blood test result

Should not: Nothing is 100% but the risk of getting pregnant on nexplanon is low.  However, you do need a back up contraception for at least a week after it is implanted.
The implant contains a progesterone.  This hormone can cause side effect for example breast fullness/tenderness, bloating.....

It's unpredictable: "Tight cramps" due to uterine contractions, even if frequent or strong, may not necessarily cause your cervix to dilate and may continue on and off for days until labor actually begins at term. Unfortunately, since they can lead within hours to days to premature labor, seek advice ,guidance and close follow-up from your obstetrician who would want you to remain pregnant until at least 39 weeks .

Soft: During the earlier part of pregnancy the cervix feels like the tip of your nose but  softer and more compressible.  In labor, the cervix becomes less long - eventually becoming almost flush with the vaginal wall. .   Additionally the cervix opens to facilitate the passage of the fetus from the uterus to the vaginal canal.   Don't check your own cervix during pregnancy.

Do a preg test: Low hard cervix is not the way to diagnose preg, u keep asking the same ?  You may have prolpase   go see your gyn and your gyn can do a pelvic exam, and blood work to see if you are pg or not and to see if u have uterine prolpase or anything else abnormal or not, please go make an appt tom, since u have asked this ? Multiple times.

Closed : It stays closed  until you are in labor. Then it opens up  and closes after delivery.

6-12 weeks.: The cervical softening and bluish tint of early pregnancy typically are appreciated between 6-12 weeks - by which time a pregnancy test should have been long positive.
