It can...: Any anticoagulation medication can cause nosebleeds.  If these are minor and infrequent, it may not be worht the risk of stopping the medication, depending on why it was started.  Occassionally nosebleeds may be severe enough to warrant stopping this type of medication, but this is rare.  Talk to your doctor about this.

Many possibilities: The most common source of a nose bleed is from the front/ bottom part of the nasal septum.  
This is a vascular area and some people have prominent blood vessels in this area. The blood vessels may break with a nose blow, dryness, or picking at this area.  But there are other more serious causes such as hypertension, growth and even a malignancy.  See an ENT doctor.

Yes: Some people do experience more nosebleeds with hot baths. Two possible causes: the increase in temperature can dilate the capillaries. This would increase blood flow through all capillaries, including the nose, increasing the chance for a bleed. Dryness: Excessive dryness of the nasal membranes and picking the nose can cause recurrent nose bleeds. Nose drops with Normal Saline (ayr drops) may help with dryness. The answer to the latter is more obvious.

Bacterial ; viral infections can ^ risk as well as bleeding disorders.  Recurrent nose bleeds may be due to broken vessel in the nose. Alcohol / Cocaine abuse can cause nose bleeds, as can tumors.

Dry air?: Dry air can sometimes make someone have nosebleeds.  So can bleeding or clotting problems brought on by low or dysfunctional platelets, etc.  Some medications and supplements can contribute to this.  If it happened once and easily stopped on its own, this may be within the range of normal.  Otherwise it warrants having some lab studies to make sure all is well.

- blood thinners: aspirin, coumadin, (warfarin) ibuprofen

most recurrent nose bleeds are easily treatable by an ENT doctor.
