Washing: with water alone as long as its thorough, should be sufficient unless its KNOWN that Listeria is presednt. In that case throw em OUT!

Go to ER for eval: Glad to hear you woke up, but that does not mean there is nothing wrong--particularly if you are having thought/memory issues. Have your girlfriend or other adult take you to er for exam and testing to see what is going on and then to get set up with psychological assistance.

No: Raw eggs may transmit salmonella infection. It would be safer to consume eggs, cooked.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
