If infection suspect: Checking for infection is general you rarely can suspect klebsiella but a culture grows 1 or more bacteria type.  It is isolated in another culture and identified under the microscope or by specific chemical tests, small antibiotic discs placed hopefully slow the growth down and the best antibiotic will hopefully be determined.

Wrong question: Nobody ever catches HIV by exposure to infected blood or body fluids in the environment. Whether or how long the survives, or other biological reasons, don't matter. No risk and so no worries. (And by the way, urine never transmits HIV.) If you only have safe sex and don't share drug injection equipment, you will never catch HIV. Don't worry about other possibilities.

Nope: Hiv can be transmitted from an infected person to another through:
blood (including menstrual blood)
semen
vaginal secretions
breast milk

blood contains the highest concentration of the virus, followed by semen, followed by vaginal fluids, followed by breast milk.
The following “bodily fluids” are not infectious:
saliva
tears
sweat
feces
urine.

No: Urine does not seem to transmit HIV. If you are using the toilet you do not have an actively hemorrhagic wound that void conceivably admit infection of any sort. These are not concerns that should trouble an person in the 21st century

Urine sterile: Urine is usually a sterile body fluid. However, if the person making the urine for some reason had blood in their urine, then blood borne organisms could be transferred in the urine. And hot water alone would usually not kill them. We are talking a whole lot of "ifs" here though, so i really would not be too worried unless there was urine that was visibly bloody.

YES: There are many different causes blood in the urine. The the most common are menstrual bleeding, urinary tract infections and kidney stones. Less common causes include a bleeding disorder,  anticoagulants, a chronic or acute kidney inflammation called nephritis, and cancer anywhere in the urinary tract.

There are no  diets  OR over-the-counter remedies that treat or cure URINARY  BLEEDING
