my urine has a faul smell and i have been suffering from thrush for the past 15yrs of my life?

Diabetes?: If you have diabetes you are more likely to get yeast overgrowth in different areas of the body.
Have you had your glucose and HgA1c checked?
If not see a Doctor for these lab tests.
You may need to send off a urine sample to the lab. Your Doctor can get that set up as well. Can't tell for sure if your urine is infected.

can oral thrush spread to the sinuses and cause a decreased sense of smell?

: This would not be expected with oral yeast infection (thrush), and certainly never the only symptom. Many viral infections can do this, however. You need to be retested for COVID-19. Good luck.

Sounds like yeast: Vaginal itching, without discharge or odor, is typical for yeast infection (thrush). Stinging urine also is common. It is a common but mistaken belief that yeast causes foul odor. It can cause scant vaginal discharge but often nonet. See a doctor to confirm diagnosis and Rx. Or try an OTC yeast treatment (any product with active ingredient ending with "azole") and see MD if it doesn't help.

Can be: Is he using a condom? Have you just urinated? It can be related to certain foos such as asparragus.

Should have doc eval: You should consult your physician ASAP if you feel that it may be HIV. Did you ever go back for a check to make sure the Chlamydia is gone? A yellowish discharge that smells can be bacterial vaginosis, which is common and is an overgrowth of your normal flora. But that needs to be treated as well. Consult your physician.

will thrush go away on its own ? i have  sle (no organ damage). bland and very bitter taste, and it smells.  tongue is slighly yellow otherwise normal

Not sure it is: I doubt what you have is thrust and the coloration of the tongue offers no help in making a diagnosis.  I suspect that the bitter taste and odor may be from bile reflux instead.  Contact your doctor. 
And yes, thrush may go away on its own -quicker if treated.

applied vaginal moisturiser with finger & white flakey bitty matter came out on finger. put in second time & felt something scrapeable on the inside walls so scraped off more white matter. no pain, smell, smelly discharge, no symptoms. bv? thrush?

: In the absence of foul odor,itchiness, thick discharge, signs of inflammation, I'd consider this smegma, an accumulation of skin cells,oils&amp; secretions that should easily be washed off. If you have further concerns consult your gynecologist for evaluation and advice.

i'm 26yrz. for a week now i have to pee often and when i to go it comes like i can't hold it in or i wet my pants also very painful abdomen when peeing, pee smells like medicine. side abdomen very sore, my tongue has thrush for a couple of months now?

See doctor: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and your symptoms warrant evaluation by a physician.  You may have urinary infection that would need to be treated.

Yeast?: Sounds like a fairly classic presentation of a vaginal yeast infection. Over the counter yeast creams are available. If not improved with this then an evaluation by an Obgyn is warranted
