Depends: The INR is a measure of how thin your blood is.  When alcohol effects your INR it is causing your blood to become more thin. A low INR means that your blood is thicker. A high INR means your blood is thinner. If your INR is too low i.e. Too thick i.e. Not anticoagulated, then there are treatment options to anticoagulate including an injectable medications. You should discuss  with your doctor.

See your doctor: If you are taking blood thinner and have signs of either a red rash you need to see your doctor as soon as possible to make sure you do not have a hematological problem that was induced by the blood thinner.

Re-evaluate: Heavy periods can cause iron deficiency which can cause many problems. Prilosec interferes with iron, magnesium, zinc, and b-12 absorption.  Keppra (levetiracetam) can have behavior side effects. You need a thorough check up.

Blood thinners: do not make a person loose weight.  They are also dangerous unless your doctor is guiding you.  Please don't adjust the dose in any way w/out your doctor's advice.  Ask your doc about a low carb higher protein food plan.  Peace and good health.

Find cause: If the blood sugar is low when fasting, it is essential to rule out an insulinoma and nesidioblastosis.  Weight loss is impossible when these are present, and they will eventually kill the person.  If this is simply "low blood sugar", the fad diagnosis for people who get queezy two hours or so after eating, calorie-restricted, adequate-protein diet and exercise should work as usual.

Diet and exercise: The healthiest way to lose weight is a healthy well balanced diet and regular exercise. Cut out all sodas and drink water instead. For snacks dont eat sugar filled cookies and such, instead opt for healthy snacks such as fruits, vegetables or even different kind of nuts which can also give you some energy. Get 7-8 hours of sleep at night which is important. Dont eat upto 2 hours before bedtime.

Meat and veggies : Eat only meat or fish or cheese or eggs or poultry and low starch veggies, drink only water.  In other words avoid all carbs, carbs will only briefly raise your sugar levels and then you will get hungry again. The fats in the meat or fish or cheese or eggs or poultry will act like a "log on your metabolic fire" to keep your blood sugar stable for hours. The stable blood sugar will keep appetite lo.

Hypoglycemia: Hypoglycemia can cause permanent brain damage. Brain cells can only use glucose for energy. I don't recommend too much insulin for anything. When your blood sugar is low to normal in the morning fasting you make sure you eat breakfast after taking your doctor-prescribed dose of insulin. If you are ill, vomiting or not eating, you cut your insulin dose in half and call your doctor.

Losing weight: To lose weight, get ur resting metabolism rate done(weight loss centers do this). This determines the total number of calories you need to lose 1-2lbs/week. Decreasing 500cal/day will give you a 1lb wt loss in 1wk; drink water (1/2 your body weight), eat small meals about 150-200cal 2-4x/(depending on your metabolism rate) and 500cal/meal at night: lean protein/veggies; avoid carbs, .
