Usually infection: Viral and bacterial infections are the usual causes of bronchitis, inflammation of bronchial tubes.  Flu is a common example of bronchitis.  Viral infection often damages the lining of bronchi and predisposes to infection with bacteria.

Yes: Post nasal drainage generally indicates fluid coming from your sinuses and draining down the back of your throat. It can be caused by infection or allergy and can definitely cause bronchial irritation and cough. Sometimes flushing out your sinuses like with a neti pot can help; if allergies are involved a steroid nasal spray can decrease the drainage. Fever or bad odor might indicate an infection.

Not related: Probably the respiratory disease that you are  taking symbicort (budesonide and formoterol) for, is most likely caausing your fatigue rather than symbicort (budesonide and formoterol).

Not sure : I understand you are using symbicort (budesonide and formoterol) a combination of long acting bronchodilator and an inhaled corticosteroid . Most of the side effects are due to the local effects of these medicines. Oral thrush, hoarse voice , rarely tremors ( transient) are the most well known and described side effects. Please talk to your doctor to see if the tiredness is actually related to your usage of symbicort (budesonide and formoterol)

Breathing issues: Asthma is a chronic inflammatory process in the lungs with classic symptoms of cough, wheezing, shortness of breath and chest tightness. See your doctor for testing since wheeze can also be due to other factors.
