Sorry: But none of the artificial sweeteners cause sugar cravings -- you just like sweet things and are probably overweight and Insulin resistant because of it. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet.

Overactive bladder: Yes, this juice could cause an overactive bladder but there are many other reasons for an overactive bladder. For starters please stop taking the fruit juice. If after a week your bladder is under control - great! If not please see your doctor to find the real cause of an overactive bladder.

As far as I know, no: Stevia was cleared by the fda  and is considered safe. It is a low calorie sweetener. As far as i know, it should not cause dry mouth.

No: it doesn't cause hair loss. You'll have to check w/your doctor about other possible causes. Most common is what you put on your hair or do to your hair, but other systemic causes are possible.

Not so with Stevia: No. A study I found (http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0195666310000826) showed that with Stevia, there was no craving. Also, there was no increase in insulin levels, unlike with aspartame, which is important regarding the issue of insulin resistance. Hope that helps.

Stevia: Stevia appears safe for long term use. It is derived from natural sources, has no calories or raise blood sugar.and shouldn't cause insulin resistance. Just make sure to buy reliable brands which pass inspections.
