No: However it could unmask a latent schizophrenic process. "weed" at times causes euphoria and some feelings  of paranoia. Hallucinations are not unusual either. Both are components of schizophrenia. In the 70's IV sedative hypnotics were used if one suspected schizophrenia but it wasn't clear. It would at times unmask schizophrenia symptoms of paranoia & hallucinations. Ethically it isn't done now.

Why use either?: You don’t need either and not just so you don’t get wrinkles but because both put you at risk for other  medical conditions that could potentially be fatal. I don’t think research has been done specifically to address this.

: Boils are caused by staph bacteria which can colonize skin but not cause infection or boils until they invade the skin. Smoking weed isn't the cause.

Can't be good sign: I honestly don't know the reason why you can't see colors after smoking weed. I've never heard of that particular side effect. It seems like a good reason to think twice about continuing to smoke weed. Not likely: Patients who develop COPD smoked for a long time or they were around people that are very heavy smokers. There are a few genetic disorders that cause people to develop COPD without much smoking, but a few months of marijuana should not cause copd.

Cough is the engine that runs the pulmonary toilet.

Your anxiety is more likely a symptom of withdrawal from cannabis just like cigarettes relieving anxiety is actually tobacco use reducing nicotine withdrawal. Regardless, best to quit smoking both.
