Epistaxis: Great decision to stop using e-cig. You're doing yourself a great favor. As for your nose bleeds (epistaxis), as long as they stop, you're most likely fine. But it's still a good idea for your Family Doc or even ENT to take a peek up there to make sure nothing else is going on. In meantime, use spare non-vaping time to eat right, exercise regularly &amp; get enough sleep. Wrap it up each &amp; every time.

If that doesn't work  add a nicotine patch or  gum and follow the protocols advised with them. There are  some other medications which can be prescribed by your physician. The best method is usually to be in a smoking cessation program which may combine the above approach with support.
