: Probably no more than a day or two, maybe gone within a few hours. Why did you do it? No infections (including STDs) are effectively prevented by this sort of thing.

: Rubbing alcohol can burn when used on an irritated area. If it continues or you have burning with urination or discharge from your penis, you should see your doctor to be sure there is no infection. Sometimes applying Aquaphor to irritations can help to heal them meanwhile.

Alcohol in eye: The cornea has natural antibodies on the intact corneal and conjunctival surface which neutralizes many foreign substances and helps prevent toxicity to the eye. Likely only a little amount went into the eye.

Be nice to it: Surface skin damage by over-doing the alcohol or peroxide should heal up by itself (but color will be irregular) if the person is nice to the skin and doesn't further irritate it. People usually try some plain white cream on the irritated skin, such as a facial moisturizer cream. Decreasing inflammation can also help, such as by using hydrocortisone cream a couple times a day for a few days.

Irritation: Stay away from the rubbing alcohol and wash with gentle soap. Keep the hands moisturized with a scent free lotion such as aquaphor .

You did good: The tears will usually rapidly remove a small drop of rubbing alcohol which is irritating.  You did the right thing by immediately irrigating out the eye.  If no symptoms are occurring and the eye is not red with good vision, then nothing else need be done.

Depends: I would need a little more information and to see it to know for sure.  If it went away quickly, it may have been a pimple.  It could have been a cold sore.  If it happens again and does not go away, have it looked at.

Well...: It is unlikely that you have irreversible damage.   Next time educate yourself as to how to get that water out of your ear.  You should dilute the alcohol quite a bit.
If by tomorrow you still have all the symptoms and they are not subsiding, you should see a Dr.
