Women get more of a female pattern baldness when is overall equal hair loss from the entire scalp. You may use rogaine (minoxidil) for this, but be sure to wash your hands so you don't transfer it to areas where you don't want hair growth to be encouraged!

Only crown: Rogaine (minoxidil) is indicated for hair regrowth in the crown area.  It won't start hair growth is areas where  it is not currently  growing like your face.  Give it time the hair will grow on your face and then over time you will get tired of having to shave!

Start treatment now: for what may be early male baldness.  You will have much better results by using minoxidil now. Hair loss at an early age can be devastating to your self-esteem, and the longer you wait the harder it is to gain the lost hair back. Some formulations of Rogaine can cause scalp itching, so try foam if that's a problem. It is not approved for beard growth, but some men on YouTube have tried it.
