Speak to your dr 1st: You are also taking doxycycline, cytomel, (liothyronine) levothyroxine, and before you add any more, do discuss this with your doctor, and eye specialist. So, you are all on board as to what is best to do. You are taking restasis, and Doxycycline that helps with dry eyes, but there are other side effects, and drug interactions with Accutane that  you must go over before adding anything else to your regimen.

Confusion: There is understandable confusion about cyclosporine. Used systemically, and it is a wonderful med for specific purposes, it is a systemic anti inflammatory. Therefor there are small, but real risks of certain infections and cancers. However these risks probably are not present when it is used topically on the eye. Probably your concern is misplaced. See doctor: Rai can have many side effects including dry eyes and tear duct obstruction. You should see your eye doctor to evaluate your dry eyes. There are no reports of Accutane worsening the side effects of rai. You can use Accutane under the guidance of your dermatologist. Good luck!

Safety : Topical cyclosporine emulsion does not have reportable systemic side effects to my knowledge. Most side effects are generally ocular surface related.

All increase tears: The medications you have listed can all help improve tear properies in selected patients and you need to work with your eyemd to see what will work for you. Pataday is an antihistamine that helps mostly itching, but dryness associated with allergies will improve.  Azasite is an antibiotic for meibomian dysfunction.  Lotemax (loteprednol) quiets inflammation, and Restasis also helps with inflammation and tears.

Restasis: Restasis is a drug which causes dramatically increased tearing.  Lotemax (loteprednol) may cause a slight increase in tearing.   Pataday will reduce tearing and Azasite has no effect on tearing.

Dry Eye: The best eye drops for dry eye are theratears and genteal gel (both over-the-counter).  Systane is also a good choice.  For bedtime, i recommend refresh pm ointment in each eye.  
Restasis is used for moderate to severe dryness.  Other things to consider are a humidifier on dry winter days, and to avoid having a ceiling fan over the bed while sleeping.

Restasis: In some cases Restasis can cause redness and irritation of eyes. I am not aware that it increases signs of  sinusitis directly and specifically.

None: Restasis has cyclosporine which is not OTC. It is highly effective for dry eyes and best used long term. The manufacturer usually provides coupons to help with the cost.  Dry eye OTC drops are lubricating or re-wetting drops in various formulations.

Accepted Answer

Yes: However, you might want to consider options.  If you need Restasis because your eyes are dry, you could look into preservative-free eye drops to treat your glaucoma, as preservatives tend to dry the eyes.  You may also consider laser treatment for glaucoma to get off glaucoma drops all together.  This may improve your dry eye symptoms.
