Equal: Interesting question. In general most receptors start developing tolerance after a while needing higher dosages to have similar effects. Saying some would be more susceptible than others is a subjective question. In my opinion and experience all should be affected equally

May be: These medications are not likely to change the course of your "flu" and have side effects. Your weight loss is more dependent on your food intake and exercise or the lack of it., but not on the medications you mentioned.

Ear blockage: The blockage is caused by the Eustachian tube, which runs from the back of the nose to the middle ear, being clogged with mucus. To dislodge this sticky mucus, try steam inhalation and irrigating your nasal passages with warm salt water. Vigorous valsalva maneuvers are not advisable and don't dislodge the mucus in the Eustachian tube.

Yes it can..: Urinary tract infection--by definition: any organism infecting this system is a uti, including chlamydia. Often, this organism does not cause much symptoms and so can go unnoticed for many women. Infections in the vagina/unterus/fallopian tubes are more concerning as infertility can be the result. Needs evalUation: Urinary stasis allows bacteria to grow in stagnant urine.  Causes can be incomplete bladder emptying, or a bladder diverticulum.  You could have a connection between the colon and the bladder.  
There can be immunologic reasons.  The bladder mucus should have the antigens a, b, o (blood type antigens) present.  These prevent bacteria from sticking to the bladder wall.  10% of people do not secrete.
