Paracetamol ?'s: Paracetamol is acetaminophen (also Tylenol in the USA).  A dose of "14  500 mg pills in 36 hours may be fatal, and if taken , the antidote is only effective to lessen liver damage if taken within 24 hours of ingestion.  Go to an ER for treatment as soon as possible if actually ingested.

Should calm you: Most of the medicines used for animals are the same medicines used for humans, just given a different name, so most likely this is a medicine that is safe and commonly given to calm humans as well. It is probably a low dose, as dogs are smaller than people, and should leave your system shortly. It may calm you some (once you stop worrying). Ask the dog's vet to be sure.

Also - the thing I'd urge you to 'worry' about is being careless about what you swallow. Don't  take more than the max dose of anything if you want to live and be well. It's just a foolish thing to do. Take this seriously, please.

: If by COC you mean oral contraceptive pills, you may take paracetamol.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Yes.: Paracetamol is a precursor of tylenol (acetaminophen). Ibuprofen is a non steroidal pain medicine. There is no contraindication to mixing them but whether they work for what you are tying to treat is the question. Both work for pain and fever, and Ibuprofen has the added anti-inflammatory property for pain as in joint inflammations.

i've been prescribed tramacet pills (37.5 mg of tramadol and 325 mg of paracetamol) every 8 hours along with ibuprofen for post-op pain. can i smoke marijuana or am i at risk of developing an opioid dependence? could there be other complications?
