Time To See A Doctor: Don't panic. It only makes things worse. Sit down and take a few deep breaths. If you are awake, breathing and have a pulse and not bleeding all over the place, then you can take the time to think this through. Really, "squirting" a bunch of watery stuff is not normal and you should see your doctor or go to an Urgent Care. The rest can then be sorted out after an exam and discussion with you.

Drink water: What you described is within normal variation. You should drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

When you're not ovulating, cervical mucus may appear sticky, creamy, or may be entirely absent.

As ovulation approaches, cervical mucus becomes more abundant, takes on a watery to raw-egg-white-like consistency, and stretches up to an inch or more between your fingers.

Estrogen: Estrogen is produced by the growing follicle in the ovary.  Estrogen moves through the bloodstream and causes the cells of the uterine lining to grow and cervical mucus to be produced.  The mucus helps sperm to find the way into the uterus from the vagina.  After ovulation Progesterone is produced by the ovary that makes the mucus thicker and sperm can no longer get in.

It can be thin or thick ; white to yellowish. Leukorrhea usually doesn't cause an odor. If you have an odor which causes redness, itching, burning, swelling or foul odor – please have that evalua.

Normal: At mid cycle the high estrogen levels cause the cervical mucus to good from thick and tacky to clear and watery.  This is completely normal and lasts for 2-3 days.  Hope this helps.
