Therefore, it is possible to be diagnosed with both diseases simultaneously.

No, not really: There is no conclusive evidence that this is the case. So eat healthy , low fat, plant based diet and exercise daily. That will do you lot more good than any concern about phytoestrogens causing breast or any other cancers.!
