No: Nipple discharge may be due to many different factors other than cancer, in a man or a woman.  Discharge that is watery or bloody, spontaneous, and/or coming from one nipple is concerning for a cancer.  If a man has this type of discharge and no palpable lump in the breast, the next test to get is a mammogram.

Probably not: If a nipple discharge is associated with a medication, it is probably due to that medication, and no something more serious like a cancer. In this case it should stop when the medication stops. However, sometimes there is more than one thing going on, or something rare. Check with your healthcare provider if in doubt.

Cancer likely: A bloody nipple discharge is very concerning, especially at her age. Polyps in the ducts are possible, but these are likely to be at least premaliglant. When need immediate evaluation.

See a doc for tests: Bloody nipple discharge can be a cancer. Needs to be checked. Your young age suggests it is unlikely- BUT NOT IMPOSSIBLE to have a cancer.

Not likely: Not likely. Did you squeeze your nipple or did it have discharge spontaneously? Spontaneous one is more worrisome but still more likely a hormone problem than cancer. If you squeeze it or have been scratching your nipple a lot from eczema, you could have stimulated your brain to cause breast milk production. Either way, you should see a doctor to get eczema under control and do a breast exam.

If the ultrasound: demonstrates a simple cyst, it is of no concern with respect to breast cancer.  But If it bothers you, it can be aspirated.

Breasts: I highly doubt cancer given your evaluation. However, nipple discharge for two weeks is not normal. Perhaps a hormonal problem.

Not cancer: Clear or serous fluid drainage from the nipple is not an indication of malignancy.  In some instances bloody drainage may suggest presence of tumor.  A lump with drainage probably is a cyst and if so should be aspirated.  Mammogram of course is also part of the evaluation.
